DELIVERY/RETURNS/CANCELLATION
We dispatch all our orders within 24 hours (working days). We use Royal mail, Yodel and DPD tracked services to ship our parcels in the United Kingdom. Customers should receive their orders within 1-3 working days.
We offer all our customers 30 days return policy as long as products have not been used and have all their original wrappings. Please send us an email (info@fashionaccesories.co.uk) with your order number and full address, and our return team will contact you.
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch (tracking number issued). You still can return the product back to us for an exchange or full refund after receiving the product. In order to cancel your order, please email us (info@fashionaccesories.co.uk) with your full name, order number and delivery address.
Please note that refund can take up to 5-7 working days.
